30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your items. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Please obtain return authorization before sending items back. Our return address is 7 Rue Des Petits Aulnes, 77780 Bourron-Marlotte, France. We will confirm the return instructions with your authorization.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue, together with photographs where applicable. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. The unused-condition and original-packaging requirements for change-of-mind returns do not prevent you from reporting these issues.
Return shipping & fees
We cover return shipping when the return is due to our error, damage or a product defect. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, the funds will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help checking an approved refund.
